Use the form at the bottom of this page or email [email protected], and a person from our team will get back to you. Tell us whether your ad account is brand new or already spending. What to expect when you contact Caseload Marketing. Inquiries that arrive over a weekend or a holiday are answered on the next business day.

What happens after you contact Caseload Marketing?

Three steps, and none of them is a sales sequence. You will not be added to a drip campaign for getting in touch.

01

A personal reply

From the person who would actually run your account, not an automated acknowledgment and not a junior passing you along. If you write in the evening or over a weekend, you hear back on the next business day.

02

A look before any numbers

If you are already running ads, we ask for read access and review the account in Meta Ads Manager along with how your intake handles new leads. If you have never run ads, we look at your market instead.

03

The findings, in writing

A prioritized list of what is costing you cases today. It is free and it is yours to keep, whether you work with us or take it to whoever you use now.

How all of it works after that is set out on the process page.

What should you tell us when you get in touch?

None of this is required — a name and a sentence is enough to contact Caseload Marketing and get a useful answer. But the more of it we have up front, the more useful our first reply is, and the fewer emails it takes to get to something concrete.

If you would rather not share account details with an agency you have not hired yet, say so. We can have the first conversation without them.

  • Your firm and your market. Where you practice and which counties or metros you want cases from.
  • New account or existing. The single most useful thing you can tell us, because it decides where we start.
  • What you are running now. Meta, Google, TV, billboards, referrals, nothing — all useful answers.
  • What is not working. Cost per lead climbing, lead quality falling, leads nobody calls back, or just no idea what is happening.
  • The case types you want more of. Car, truck, motorcycle, slip and fall, rideshare, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, nursing home abuse or any other case type (see popular case types), and any you would rather not receive.
  • Who answers the phone. Whether you have an intake team, one receptionist, or calls going to voicemail after five.

Same as the form: a reply from a person at Caseload Marketing rather than a shared inbox. Attach a screenshot of your Ads Manager or your last agency report if you have one handy, and the first reply will be a lot more specific.

  • Monday to Friday. Inquiries that land on a weekend or a public holiday are answered the next business day.
  • No call required. If you would rather keep the whole thing in writing, that is fine with us.
  • Existing clients. Use your usual contact rather than this page, so nothing waits in the general inbox.
  • Recruiters and vendors. Same address, and we do read it, but a reply may take longer than a business day.

Contacting Caseload Marketing: FAQs

The practical questions attorneys ask before they contact Caseload Marketing.

How do I contact Caseload Marketing?

Use the form at the bottom of this page or email [email protected]. Either way you will hear back from the person who would run your account rather than an automated reply.

Who will reply to me?

A person at Caseload Marketing, usually the person who would run your account, rather than an automated system.

Is the first review really free?

Yes. If you are already running ads we review the account and how your intake handles leads, and give you the findings in writing. You keep them whether or not you hire us. Some of the firms we review need one thing fixed rather than an agency, and we tell them so.

What do I need to send you?

Nothing to begin with. A name, your firm and a sentence about what is not working is enough. If you want the first reply to be specific, tell us where you practice, whether your ad account is new or already spending, and what you are running now.

Do I have to give you access to my ad account?

Not to have the first conversation. To review the account properly we need read access, but if you would rather not give an agency you have not hired access to anything, say so and we will work from what you can share instead.

Do you only work with personal injury firms?

Caseload Marketing works with attorneys and law firms across the United States. Personal injury is where we have run the most campaigns, but we market for other practice areas too. Tell us what your firm handles and we will say honestly in the first reply whether we are a fit.

Can we start with just one channel?

Yes, and most firms do. Nearly everyone starts with Meta ads and adds email follow-up and the newsletter once the leads are flowing.

I am an existing client. Should I use this page?

Use your usual contact instead, so your message does not sit in the general inbox behind new inquiries.

Will you text me if I fill out the form?

Only if you tick the optional SMS box, which is never pre-ticked and is not required to submit the form or to hear back from us. If you tick it, we send non-promotional texts about your inquiry, follow-up questions and meeting scheduling. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The full terms are in our terms and conditions.

Will I end up on a mailing list for getting in touch?

No. Getting in touch does not subscribe you to anything. We reply to what you asked, and if it goes no further, that is the end of it.
